Terms and conditions:

- the client ensures that their rabbit(s) that are released into the business' care have had their filvac vaccination within the last 12 months and can provide proof of this

- the client agrees to inform the company of all and any known medical conditions the rabbit(s) may have at the time of booking

- the client agrees that a 50% deposit must be made to reserve your booking spot, and full payment must be made 5 days before check-in

- if full payment is not made 5 days before booking, or cancellation is made less than 28 days before booking, then the deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee

- the business retains the right to refuse intake of the client's rabbit(s) if they are suspected to be ill at the time of check in or if drop off is not made at the agreed time

- in the event of illness or injury the business will make all reasonable attemts to contact the client

- the business is not liable for any illness, injury or death whilst caring for the clients rabbit(s)

- a late fee may be applied at the business' discretion at a rate of $15 for every 15 minutes past the agreed drop of time, this will be assessed on a case by case basis
